Review and refer to the senior information and dates often. I've also emailed this information to your home email, including the Class of X Survival Guide which is located on the OHS website under student links.

SENIOR YEARBOOK PORTRAITS Senior Portraits MUST be taken at Cady and Cady Studios NO LATER than September 30th,2016 to appear in the yearbook. Set up your session at www.cadystudios.com Click "Book" at the top of the page. Select your preferences, date, and time for a session appointment.
SENIOR GRADUATION CEREMONY BABY PICTURES Submit No Later than December 1st to Ms. Aherns. Send 1 senior picture and 1 baby picture. Label each photo with your full name and bring it to room 337 OR email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Email is preferred.
SENIOR CLASS PANORAMIC PICTURE Purchase at www.gradimages.com in Spring of Graduation Year.
BACCALAUREATE Time and Date TBD and will be announced.
GRADUATION CEREMONY DETAILS More information on the Senior and Graduation Tabs at: http://ohs.oneclay.net/student-information.html under Senior Information. Dates and details are available there. I will send information home as it is given to me with final details for the night coming closer to graduation day. Graduation Location: Oakleaf High Football Stadium. Students must report no later than 6:00 in the cafeteria, dressed in graduation attire. Expect heavy traffic! Parents are not allowed in the cafeteria during preparation time. InD Students can be dropped off at the door and directed to the front stage or for more intensive students, we will make particular arrangements. There will be teachers expecting their arrival. (Gates open at 6:00pm for general seating) No, you may not be seated earlier. Gates will be closed until 6:00pm.
GRADUATION SEATING TICKETS On the morning of graduation at practice, graduates will receive 4 (Four) and only 4 stadium seating tickets and programs. Additional friends/family may stand/sit in the "over flow" field area.
GRADUATION DRESS CODE GENTLEMEN: Black slacks, black dress shoes, white button up collared shirt, solid color tie. LADIES: skirt or dress shorter than the graduation gown, black dress shoes that you can walk a distance in. AND - Your graduation Cap and Gown. You must be dressed appropriately or you will not be allowed to walk. You may not "bling" out your graduation cap and gown.
AFTER THE GRADUATION CEREMONY Parents, please go directly to the main graduation stage following the end of the ceremony to meet your student. No students are allowed to have cell phones with them during the ceremony. After the ceremony, go to the cafeteria to pick the diploma, if you choose to do so, before leaving the school campus.
Note: The below information will have been mailed home to you and discussed with you, but take note again: ***After the ceremony, if have chosen to defer the receipt of the diploma and are going to be a returning student (meaning, your student is graduating with the 24 credit Standard Access Point Diploma and you have signed and returned the Clay County School District Deferment Form by May 15th of your student's graduation year.) - DO NOT pick up the physical diploma after the ceremony! The diploma must remain on campus and will be given to you at the time you chose to completely exit the school system and end ESE services!*** Note: The Deferment Form will have been mailed to your home address by the end of January of your student's graduation year and must be signed and returned by May 15th of their graduation year. Ms. Hawkins will also follow up with a phone call or meeting to go over this with you!
